Don’t Overlook the Latino Community in Marketing & Advertising

Hispanics are the fastest growing population in the U.S. According to research done byLaVoz magazine, of the 120,000 Latinos in the Mid-Hudson Valley, 90,000 prefer to speak Spanish in their homes. A recent Nielsen report indicated that from 2010 to 2050, the Hispanic population in the U.S. will grow 167%, significantly more than any other group.

Statistics like these are why businesses should rethink their marketing strategies if they are not currently promoting their products and services to the Latino community in the Hudson  Valley. This is a presentation made by Mariel Fiori, co-founder and Editor of LaVoz magazine, that makes a convincing argument for the tremendous value in marketing to this growing demographic.
