Aside from the beautiful artwork and great networking, the attendees of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce’s, Celebrate Latino Culture Mixer, got a preview of what is bound to be the area’s next great Latino restaurant. Set to open before the end of summer, Baja 328, delighted the mixer’s guests with a sampling of their Southwestern menu.
Whether you like it straight or mixed with fresh squeezed fruit juices, Baja 328’s delicious food can be paired with one of their over 100 different tequilas and enjoyed in the cool breeze coming through from their fully retractable storefront located in the heart of Main Street Beacon.
