The MEANingful Impact Award celebrates a woman who lives out the values of Mentoring, Empowerment, Authenticity, and Networking (MEAN)—someone creating a lasting impact in her organization, industry, or community.

Nominees must:
• Be an active professional, entrepreneur, or leader in the Orange County region
• Be a current member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce in good standing
• Demonstrate leadership, service, or advocacy aligned with MEAN values
