MIDDLETOWN – January marks the start of the 20th year of continuous publication of MidHudsonNews.com, the first daily online news source in the Mid-Hudson Valley and Catskill region.
Founded by veteran radio, newspaper and TV reporter Hank Gross, he still heads the organization.
“I am so proud of the accomplishments of our online publication. We were far ahead of the curve and continue to be a leader in local and regional news reporting,” he said.
Gross said with the staff of seasoned correspondents, the region will continue to be well served by Mid-Hudson News as the face of journalism and its delivery to the public continues to evolve.
“Thanks to the support of our readers and advertisers, we continue to grow as a major media player in the region living up to our commitment to provide the news you need to know,” Gross said.
“Mid-Hudson News Network was a member of the OC Chamber and the Eastern Orange Chamber before they merged and a member of the new, merged organization after that. It must be at least 35 years of memberships.”
