Harrison to leave SWF Manager’s Post

 

STEWART AIRPORT – Ed Harrison, the general manager of New York Stewart International Airport since March 2014, will be leaving at the end of the month.

Harrison declined comment and officials at the Port Authority, the agency that operates the Newburgh airport, have yet to comment.

One source said Harrison will be leaving Stewart at the end of the month. Another said he will also be leaving his employment with the Port Authority.

Stewart Airport Commission Chairman Louis Heimbach, who spoke with Harrison, said he did “an outstanding job” during his tenure.
